12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against jili747.
